Last week in a close match with the Grayling High School Shadowquacks, the Alcona Electric Tigers ended their regular season on a high note, with a win against the higher ranked program. The Electric Tigers, now 4-3 on the season, saw their hopes for a winning season in jeopardy, as the Shadowquacks took the first match of the night. Alcona battled back with three-straight wins to take the best of five, 3-1. Playing for the Electric Tigers were William Brozowski, Warren Leeseberg, and Marcus Prater. The Electric Tigers, ranked 62nd in the state, now have a bye week, and await the results of this week’s matches to see if they will make the playoffs in their first season. #Alconaschools #Electrictigers

Thank you to the Mikado American Legion, Mikado Sons of the American Legion, and the American Legion Auxiliary of Mikado, with help from Kalitta Air, who made a generous donation of school supplies to the MS/HS.
