Congratulations to our Tigers of the Month: Ms. Cordes and our Maintenance Team of Ms. Bernard, Mr. Smith, Mr. Hirschfelt, and Mr. Hawes. Ms. Cordes is our Early College, Communications Coordinator, and Junior Honor Society Advisor. She does a fantastic job supporting our students, planning and running experiences, and ensuring all our students' success. Our Maintenance Team worked tirelessly this past winter to ensure the buildings were clear of snow and ice and safe for students, staff, and the community. They are always available and willing to fix or repair anything needed. They truly are a pleasure to be around and work alongside. Ms. Bernard steps up to ensure all our deliveries are overseen and distributed throughout the district, Mr. Smith is always willing to assist a staff member and explain to students step by step the process he takes when making repairs, Mr. Herschfelt is one of the kindest people you will meet and is always willing to help a staff member and student in need (such as unjamming lockers!), and Mr. Hawes does a fantastic job overseeing our facilities and grounds to ensure the future of our school. The smiles of our Maintenance Team are inspiring! We are so lucky to work alongside such dedicated team members. Congratulations and thank you for all you do, Ms. Cordes, Ms. Bernard, Mr. Smith, Mr. Hirschfelt, and Mr. Hawes. #AlconaSchools #TigerPride #TigeroftheMonth
