All after school activities are cancelled for today.
The 7/8th grade boys B.B. game in Tawas has been cancelled due to road conditions. Middle schools practices after school will also be cancelled.
Middle/High school parent-teacher conferences will be on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5-8. Childcare will be available in the Auditorium. We will also have a short survey and other resources for all parents.

Congratulations to the Knowledge Bowl team on their first win of the season against Whittemore-Prescott with a score of 95-55! Ben Thomas led the team with 40 points; new member Gabe Froehner added 30.

Alcona Health Center Dental Services will be seeing students Kindergarten through 8th grade at Alcona Elementary Monday, November 18 through Thursday November 21.
Registration packets will be coming home with students today, Monday November 4th. New patients are welcome! Please return forms to your child's teacher no later than this Friday, November 8th.
Dental cleanings and exams are performed during this visit. You will recieve a letter in the mail detailing the results of your child's exam and if further services are necessary.

November 1st is day one of 30 drawings for the robotics raffle. The lucky number was 776. Since this ticket was unsold, ticket number 500 was drawn and a very excited $500 winner was contacted. Thank you to the community for buying so many tickets!! We do still have a few if you would like in on the next 29 drawings. Still lots of cash to give away.
Halloween fun continued!
